Questions about Roku

Can I use Downloader or an APK file on Roku?

No. Roku does not run Android apps, so Downloader codes and APK files do not work there. Use IBO Player Pro from the Roku Channel Store, or cast from your phone.

IBO Player Pro is not in my Roku Channel Store. What can I do?

The store differs from country to country. Cast from your phone instead, or contact support and we will help you find another way to watch.

The app says my playlist is empty or will not load. What should I check?

Check that you pasted the whole M3U URL, with nothing cut off at either end, and that you used the MAC address (and for IBO Player Pro, the device key) your screen shows. Then restart the app. If it still will not load, contact support.
