How capitalized words work

A word that starts with a capital letter has the meaning given to it below. Each defined word means the same thing in the singular and in the plural.

Throughout this Refund and Return Policy:

  • Company means ZynTV, which this Agreement also calls "We", "Us", "Our" or "the Company".
  • Goods are the items available to buy on the Service.
  • Orders are requests You make to buy Goods from Us.
  • Service means the Website.
  • Website means ZynTV, which can be reached at https://www.zyntv.com/
  • You means, as applicable, the individual who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or any other legal entity on whose behalf that individual accesses or uses the Service.

Your right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel Your Order within 14 days. You do not need to give any reason.

Within 14 days after the returned Goods reach Us, the refund will be processed.

The refund applies only to 3, 6, 12 months subscription plans. We do not refund 1 month subscription plans.

To use Your right to cancel, You must tell Us your decision in a clear statement. You can tell us your decision in these ways:

For Goods to qualify for a return, please check that:

  • The Goods were bought within the past 14 days
  • Return policy: no questions asked
