Questions about Fire TV

Downloader says it cannot install the app. What now?

Check that Install unknown apps is on for Downloader (Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options) and that your Fire TV has some free storage, then enter the code again.

The app says my playlist is empty or will not load. What should I check?

Check that you pasted the whole M3U URL, with nothing cut off at either end, and that you used the MAC address (and for IBO Player Pro, the device key) your screen shows. Then restart the app. If it still will not load, contact support.

Why does the picture freeze or buffer?

Most often the home connection is the cause. Use 5 GHz Wi-Fi, or a wired connection through an Ethernet adapter for Fire TV. Restart your router and your device, and check that you have at least 25 Mbps for 4K channels.
